Save money and don't wait in line....pre-order your wristbands and raffle tickets now! Get the wristbands at the presale price of $20 (instead of the door price of $25). They can be delivered to your learners classroom the day before WilsonFest or you can choose to pick them up at will call.

Wristbands: A wristband includes access to the games, cake walk, haunted house, bingo, bounce house, obstacle course and Trunk or Treat for the event (only those wanting to do these activities need wristbands). Does not include Food/Drink. If you buy three (3) wristbands, you get one (1) free! Pre-sale price increases to $25 after the cut-off of 3:00 pm on Oct 21st and at the door.
50/50 Raffle Tickets: 50% of the raffle ticket sales will go towards a permanent 9 square structure! The remaining 50% cash is up for grabs. 5 bonus tickets added to every raffle purchase over $20 made by 3:00 pm Oct 21st. The raffle ticket winner’s name will be drawn at 6:45 pm the night of Wilsonfest! Winner must be present to win!

In addition to the fun and games that night there will be a couple of food trucks to purchase dinner. There will be a BBQ Truck and a Pie Truck. The Pie truck will allow pre-ordering, see link below. All Food Truck purchases are separate from the wristbands. Food Trucks will accept cards and cash. Wilson PTO will also be selling spirit wear.

Cake Walk Sign-Up - WilsonFest needs donations of baked goods for the cake walk! If you don't know what that is, it's like musical chairs but you win an entire cake for a prize - it's always a favorite! Please visit this link and sign up if you are able to bring a whole cake or other large baked good (no individual cupcakes or individual cookies). Treats must not need to stay frozen/refrigerated and need to be dropped off on October 22 or 23 at the front office.

Donate Nut-free Candy! - send a bag or two of candy to school with your learner.
