Save money and don't wait in line....pre-order your wristbands and raffle tickets HERE! Get the wristbands at the presale price of $20 (instead of the door price of $25). They can be delivered to your learners classroom the day before WilsonFest or you can choose to pick them up at will call.

ADMISSION WRISTBANDS:

A wristband includes access to the games, cake walk, haunted house, bingo, bounce house, obstacle course and Trunk or Treat for the event (only those wanting to do these activities need wristbands).  Does not include Food/Drink. If you buy three (3) wristbands, you get one (1) free! Pre-sale price increases to $25 after the cut-off of 3:00 pm on Oct 21st and at the door.

50/50 RAFFLE TICKETS:

50% of the raffle ticket sales will go towards a permanent 9 square structure! The remaining 50% cash is up for grabs.  5 bonus tickets added to every raffle purchase over $20 made by 3:00 pm Oct 21st.  The raffle ticket winner’s name will be drawn at 6:45 pm the night of Wilsonfest! Winner must be present to win!

Help Us Make Wilsonfest the BEST one yet! Volunteer Sign-Up Cake Walk Sign-Up - WilsonFest needs donations of baked goods for the cake walk! If you don't know what that is, it's like musical chairs but you win an entire cake for a prize - it's always a favorite! Please visit this link and sign up if you are able to bring a whole cake or other large baked good (no individual cupcakes or individual cookies). Treats must not need to stay frozen/refrigerated and need to be dropped off on October 22 or 23 at the front office.  Donate Nut-free Candy! - send a bag or two of candy to school with your learner.

Wilsonfest FAQs –

• What do wristbands cover? A wristband allows your child to participate in all the fun activities: carnival games, bounce house, obstacle course, cake walk, bingo, Trunk-or-Treat, and the haunted house!
  
  
• Who needs a wristband? Only kids/people participating in the activities - parents can attend with their kids but do not need a wristband! 
  
  
• Where can I buy a wristband? Online at the PTO website until Tuesday 10/21 at 3pm, or at the wristband sales tables at the event on 10/23
  
  
• Are there any deals on wristbands? Buy your wristbands early at $20 each - price increases to $25 after the 10/21 at 3pm online sales cutoff. Also, if you buy 3, you get 1 free! 
  
  
• What is a 50/50 Raffle? A fun chance to win some cash! All the money from raffle ticket sales goes into a big pot - when the raffle winner is drawn, 50% of that money goes to the winner! The other 50% will be used to help fund a 9 Square structure that can be enjoyed by Wilson students for years to come! 
  
  
• Should kids wear Halloween costumes? If they want to! There will be a Trunk-or-Treat row with teachers handing out candy, so kids may want to dress up. When letting your kiddo choose what to wear, keep in mind that there are physical activities like bounce houses! 
  
  
• What is a Cake Walk? The most fun you’ll ever have walking in a circle! A cake walk is kind of like musical chairs, but when the music stops, the person standing on the lucky number wins an entire cake/sweet treat to take home! Rumor has it there may even be a KPop Demon Hunters cake on the prize table!
